Prior to joining QPS, I was the Safety Consultant for Safety Pros, a division of USA Staffing. When the acquisition happened, none of us had any notice from our old employer that the sale was taking place, and I was extremely nervous. As someone who wasn’t directly involved in staffing, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But honestly, I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. QPS welcomed me with open arms and has allowed me to continue doing what I love—ensuring workplace safety—while providing me with even more resources and support. For a safety geek like me, it’s the best of both worlds!

I was an account executive for USA Staffing in Des Moines, Iowa for 10 years until QPS acquired our offices in 2012. I was apprehensive at first at what I could expect from a new owner, but I can say that the transition and the years since have been great. USA staffing was a smaller agency so the resources that QPS offers, as well the opportunity for personal growth have been amazing.

I worked with Ameristaff as a recruiter since 2016 and when I found out the owner was selling the business I was nervous our jobs would be at risk with new ownership coming in. I had the opportunity to meet the leadership team shortly after the acquisition came through and loved the energy and dynamic of the team. No matter which branch/region people sat in, everyone at QPS was so welcoming and quick to jump in and help me when I needed additional support. It was a relief hearing we can still own the autonomy of our individual branches while having corporate resources to help us be successful and grow.
