With nearly 18 years at QPS, Phoua has held many positions and grown her legacy from a receptionist to recruiter, Assistant Branch Manager, Senior Branch Manager, and Safety Manager. As the Safety Manager, Phoua has an unwavering passion for the Associate Employee experience and partners with customers to mitigate safety risks in all of our placements. She is a valuable mentor to her peers in sharing best practices and taking the lead on several large-scale safety initiatives.

Ruby is a Certified Safety and Health Manager and as a former Dept. of Labor OSHA Consultant has an extensive safety background. She is a member of several national groups, including the American Society of Safety Engineers, Women in Safety Engineering, the Institute for Safety and Health Managers and the National Safety Council.

Rey has been with QPS since 2005. He has a keen eye for process improvements and works with our customers to help provide our employees with a safer working environment. Rey is instrumental in performing accident investigations and thoroughly communicating with our associate employees and customers.

Travis has over 15 years of experience with QPS Employment Group, and has held various positions including recruiting, sales, training, and managing QPS' Rideshare program. In the past year, he has taken on a more active role within the safety department. As a member of the QPS safety team, Travis has assisted with redeveloping processes to align with a new technology stack. He partners with sales, operations, and customers to find solutions to keep Associate Employees safe while on assignment.
