Position Title: Assembly Line/Foam Operator - 1st/2nd Shift

Wage: $18-$18.50/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd

Hours: 5am-2:30pm, 5:30pm-2am

Assembly Line/Foam Operator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Wax the mold press before spraying the foam in
- Mold press is 160 degrees F, responsible for removing excess foam particles
- Stuff headrests with foam inserts after they come out of the mold
- Remove completed foam inserts from the mold
- Place color coded wire in the mold according to the instruction sheet
- Sprayer station; will spray completed inserts with blue spray to stop squeaking and trim excess foam
- Install weight sensors for the airbags and seatbelt detection
- Inspect completed inserts

Assembly Line/Foam Operator requirements:
- Push/pull up to 45lbs
- Work in up to 90 degrees F.
- Stand for at least 8 hours a day on concrete
