Narrative
A leading provider of integrated pharmaceutical development services in Rockford, IL collaborated with QPS Employment Group on ways to help decrease turnover.
QPS had previously implemented an onsite program to bolster the partnership with this customer. To assist further, a full-time, onsite Retention Coach was added.
As part of the retention efforts, QPS developed various initiatives. Feedback sessions and training timelines were started with Line Leaders. To improve the onboarding experience, a dedicated training center was launched and an acronym awareness handout was created.
Additionally, targeted follow-up by the Retention Coach during Week 1, Week 2 and Week 10+ of employment was implemented. This helped ensure the employees’ questions or concerns were answered when beginning their assignment and as they became closer to conversion.
As a result, this company has seen a 30% decrease year-over-year in overall turnover.
