By creating policies for specific positions, such as checking for a history of financial crime before hiring an accountant, the hiring process is sped up and provides the largest candidate pool possible.
Additionally, unscreened workers tend to stick around longer. Analyzing all assignment end reasons, both positive and negative, the unscreened workers outperformed their peers in every measure of success. A higher percentage of unscreened associates (19.4%) were hired by customers than screened associates (8.4%) and a lower percentage of unscreened associates (35.9%) were terminated by customers than screened associates (43.9%).
