Such an arrangement also helps protect our clients from potential exposure that co-employment can occasionally give rise to.

Our robust client portal lets you manage staffing activities via an online interface: View clock-on/clock-out times, remotely add times to the system in case an employee forgets, organize data into spreadsheets that align with your key performance metrics, and project labor costs in real time. We also actively engage prospects through the use of text & email messaging, and our social media.

At QPS, keeping workers out of harm’s way is priority number one. That’s why we’ve established a dedicated Safety Department with decades of combined experience. It’s also why every Associate Employee completes our “Alert Today, Alive Tomorrow” before they’re sent on assignment. We’ve also implemented a 24/7/365 Injury Call Center, so our employees have immediate access to qualified medical advice. 

Even if you don’t currently partner with QPS for your staffing needs, our Safety team can help you build an injury-free workplace through risk assessment, training, compliance assistance and hazard assessment. A safer workplace reduces the threat of injury and, in the long run, reduces costs. QPS can help you keep your team running at full strength.

A Better Hiring Process. A Better Workforce. 

At the heart of QPS Plus is a more informed and thorough hiring process. Our Placement Specialists pre-screen, pre-test, and personally interview each and every Associate Employee we hire. Once we’ve identified the right candidate for an opening, we’ll provide additional training and screening to your specifications, perform an orientation, give them a company tour, and do a personal check-in on their first day. Most important of all, we stay in frequent contact after your new employee starts, to make sure both you – and our AE – are happy with the fit.

The Answer Center +

We’re at work when you’re at work. 

Extended branch hours are just one way we ensure that clients and candidates alike can get the answers they need, when they need them. We also offer a call-in service – The Answer Center, or TAC for short – that allows us to address whatever issues arise, no matter what shift they occur on. This resource has the added benefit of relieving the workload across all our branches, so our placement coordinators and recruiters can focus on what they do best: matching the right person with the right job.
