New employees are welcomed to QPS on a bi-weekly cadence that coincides with our New Employee Training program. QPS Employment Group's New Employee Training consists of a two-week cycle where you will participate in a mixture of facilitated training, self-paced online modules, and on-the-job training with team members and managers. Topics covered will include sourcing, interviewing, customer service, and our applicant tracking and systems.
