When you apply at QPS, you are then connected to a recruiter who will work to match you with the right opportunities. If you have never applied with QPS before, our application and hiring process is not difficult to follow. Read more to learn about how QPS can work for you.

To Apply

Apply online and submit your application through our QPS website. Once you have completed the application, you can expect to receive a call from a QPS representative. They will work with you to schedule a time to meet at the office nearest you and fill out documents, get a general introduction with a recruiter and proceed to an interview.

In-Person Meeting

Your interview is the time for your QPS recruiter to learn and understand more about you. Any information you can tell us that belongs on your resume is important including your work history, qualifications and preferences like the distance you are willing to travel, the type of positions you are looking for and your desired pay. Also, don't forget to ask questions if you are uncertain about anything.

After the Interview

The information that you give your QPS recruiter during the interview is essential for the next step in the process. Your preferences, skills, experiences and more will help your QPS recruiter look for positions and opportunities that are right for you. Remember that the time from when you apply to when you receive a job offer varies for everyone. It depends on several factors including desired wage or the requirements of a job. Continue to check in with the office and your recruiter to update your availability.
