QPS is quick to respond with every email/call/text. They are always courteous, professional, and provide over-the-top customer service with their clients as well as their contractors. QPS continually zigs and zags with all the needs and requests. They continually onboard their new hires for different shifts/dates/times.
QPS offers solutions. For example, we requested for new contractors to have a card to identify some key information. QPS added a step of providing this information on a lanyard. QPS seeks feedback from their contractors, which enhances the relationship from all points of view, i.e. contractor to supervisor, contractor to plant, contractor to manager, etc. This allows Piston to grow from the feedback by implementing any changes needed to the team to fortify relationships for a better employee experience.
