I have personally worked with QPS for many years. Mitch and his team have always taken the time to ask questions and make sure they are staffing our needs. We always receive resumes for the candidates that they are proposing, and some back ground on that person. Never have I received information on anyone that is not 100% qualified for the position that we am trying to fill. About 98% of the candidates provided by QPS have become full time employees for 3E.
