Food Safety Manager

Our client is experiencing high growth and needs an experienced Food Safety Manager with "ready-to-eat" experience.  They are producing at a high level, and need somebody who can oversee HACCP, safety programs, implementation, staff training, and documentation.  This is a critical job and is being treated as such.
