Laura Cole

Executive VP of Strategic Accounts

Laura has 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, starting her career as an internal associate employee with Kelly Services in 2000. Over the years, Laura has accepted roles with increased responsibility having experienced operations, sales, and leadership responsibilities.

Before QPS and most recently at Staffmark, Laura started as a Regional Manager in San Francisco, and ended her career in the Senior Vice President of Field Operations role, in the East Business Unit.  

Laura brings a unique outside perspective with her but like many others in our management team here at QPS, Laura also worked her way up from recruiter to leadership. Along the way, Laura earned her bachelor degree in Management from University of Phoenix. Laura has maintained a Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association since 2015.

Laura resides in Menomonee Falls with her husband and their 2 dogs, Jackson and Bodean. They enjoy frequent visits with their 3 adult children, and enjoy traveling both near and far. Laura is a knitter, having learned the craft while living in Norway. On the weekend, she is commonly trying to knit with 2 large dogs in her lap- and she loves it!
