Position Title: Packer

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Unloading parts off of the machine. - Grind and finish metal parts. - Sort and count order quantities.- Data entry and basic computer functions.- Select correct hand tooling for the job task with setup documents or supervisor/lead assistance. - Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations- Account for time and work completed via online computer data collection system.- Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance. - Report and document basic material, production and quality control issues. - Maintain performance log books on assigned area equipment, report deficiencies to the maintenance team.

This is a full time position. Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces and machining parameters.- Interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances. - Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock.- Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry and trigonometry; providing part programs.- Set up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three and four jaw chucks, tools attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops and stock pushers; indicating vices; trimming heads.- Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.- Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting to include turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations. Taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.- Maintains equipment by completing preventatives maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.

Position Title: Material Handler

Our client is looking for talented, and motivated individuals to join their production team. They offer our associates the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, to contribute to the success of a dynamic organization, and to serve others in a manner that exceeds their expectations. This is a full time position, operating Monday- Thursday, from 2:30pm to 12:30am. Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Delivery and return of material to and from press room based on signal from presses.- Notify scrap source for scrap removal.- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of parking lot/scrap hopper.- Ensure safe and clean lanes maintained within steel warehouse.- Unloading of material receipt at fabrication areas.- Assist Level 1 warehouse when needed.- Empty scrap hoppers.- Move full containers to transfer dock and bring empty containers to press.- Keep transfer dock clear of empty containers and material.
Requirements:- Ability to lift up to 30lbs repetitively throughout the shift, 50lbs 50% of the time. - Must be able to bend and twist, pull and reach entire shift.- Previous press experience is preferred (not required).- Previous forklift experience is required.- Ability to read and write- English.- High school Diploma or equivalent. firstname.lastname@example.org
