Position Title: Finishing/Hand Bindery

Wage: $12-$12.50/hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist mainline operators with basic set-up functions and for checking product
- Bundle, moving materials, and fold units, stackers, and bundler
- Pad sets of swatches with glue
- Slice swatches individually with paring knife while sitting
- Book swatches into a booker
- Set up sets of swatches on tables to be padded up from joggers
- Hand collate
- Assist on collator & stitcher
- Assist on bracket padder
- Shrink wrap and pack
- Band skids

Requirements:
- Stand up to 8-10 hours
- Able to lift between 30-50 lbs. repetitively throughout entire shift; use hoist lift system for items that are 50-100 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, reaching, for an extended period of time
- Reach out with both arms and hands
- Repetitious arm and wrist movements for 8-10 hours
- Grasp product constantly through the day with both hands
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Basic mechanical and math skills
- Ability to work overtime as assigned

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read measuring equipment and sort nonconforming parts
- Receive incoming material
- Stock materials in warehouse and point of use locations
- Replenish work stations of parts
- Operate drill and mill

- At times may require operation of a forklift or pallet jack

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Accurate counting and basic math skills

- Familiar in operation of mill and drill press

Position Title: Assembler

Wage: $12/hr., $12.65/hr., $13/hr.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and follow work order instructions
- Use pallet jack to move pallets of product to different locations
- Assist Machine Operators with loading/unloading conveyor belt with product
- Assemble and package customer kits accurately according to assembly processes and procedures
- Achieve expected rate while assembling customer product accurately
- Fold boxes and package customer product efficiently
- Perform all functions of pack out accurately
- Count accurately, watch scales for variances, and scan properly
- Place labels precisely on product
- Watch for faulty, damaged, or nicked materials or packages to ensure the Quality Policy and Objectives are being met
- Notify lead when assembly/component inventory supplies are low
- Communicate with co-workers in a positive, business-like manner
- Comply with all facility safety and work rules; including, but not limited to security requirements, completing a white card and follow proper procedures for accident/incident reporting, emergency evacuation, etc.
- General housekeeping duties, emptying trash (2 person lift on larger awkward shaped garbage cans), sweeping, etc.
- Participate in required safety trainings and audits
- Job rotation every 3-4 hours

Requirements:
- Able to stand for extended periods of time; shift duration 8 to 10 hours
- Able to bend, turn, reach
- Lift up to 20 pounds regularly, and up to 35-50lbs occasionally
- Able to work weekend and overtime hours as needed

Position Title: CDL Driver

Wage: $17/hour
