Position Title: Offline
Wage: $12.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm; 11:00pm-7:00am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Responsible for complete removal of protective tape from velcro components.- Responsible for cleaning excess foam from specific areas of foam pads, which must be foam-free.- Responsible for trimming flash and ribbon vents from selective molded foam parts.- Responsible for skiving excess foam from specific parts, and also responsible for brushing the “A” surface of benches.- Responsible for properly packing specifically assigned product codes into designated bins by product code and specific pack count.- Inspect parts for quality defects.- Make repairs to defective parts within customer quality standards.
Requirements:- High school graduate or equivalent.- Knowledge of/and compliance with Safety Regulations.- Be dependable and have a good attendance record.- Be available to work overtime.- Be able to work in a team environment.- Be able to communicate in a professional manner with team members.- Self-starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits; effective at working independently.- Perform tasks through its completion.

Position Title: Packaging
Wage: $12.00 per hour
Would you like having every other weekend be a three-day weekend? This company offers a rotating working schedule of 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 3 off. This schedule is great for planning activities or appointments throughout the normal work week and every other weekend is a three day weekend! They also offers a competitive benefits package once hired on with plenty of advancement opportunity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Overall line responsibility from production to packaging. - Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications. - Accurately records goods produced and problems encountered during shift. - Ensure product meets all quality specifications. - Assist Machine Operator II/Supervisor and Mold Change Team with mold/color changes as needed.- Maintain good housekeeping within the department.
Requirements:- Basic Computer Skills- Pass QPS screening process.- Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.

Position Title: Assembler

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Work with a team to assemble entire products or components.- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.- Prepare finished products for shipment.- Perform production tasks requiring repetitive hand movements.- Maintain a clean and orderly work station.
Requirements:- Some experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields.- Must be familiar with assembly tools & equipment.- Ability to stand on feet.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Maintain regular & consistent attendance.

Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $11.00 per hour
Would you like to have a set schedule each week? Do you like to have your weekends free to do things you enjoy? We have a great job opportunity for you! We work with a company that has a set schedule, Monday - Friday and no weekend work. This company is also in the process of increasing the starting pay so all new starts will be getting a pay increase as well!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Safely and efficiently operate assigned molding machine or secondary operation machine. Remain at the machine unless relieved or instructed otherwise.- Safely and efficiently sort, separate, and box product while maintaining cycle times indicated by the Supervisor and/or S.O.P.- Remove finished parts from collection bins by lifting and dumping at table height.- Use of approved knives and clippers to trim excess material from parts per Supervisor’s instructions.- Follow all quality guidelines and posted Standard Operating Procedures while handling product – box type and size, parts per box, labels, stacking format, separation of unacceptable production.- Alert the Shift Supervisor immediately if there is a quality or safety concern.- Assemble packaging boxes for the next shift.- Maintain a clean and organized work area.- Clean work area at the end of the shift.- Inform the replacement operator on incoming shift of job/production status and or procedures.- Learn plant procedures via the employee manual and direct training by supervisors.- Assist in maintaining plant cleanliness - empty trashcans, clean break room and restrooms.- Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisor of any unsafe working condition.- Maintain good attendance.- Follow Supervisor’s directions.
Requirements:- Standing and walking for up to 4 hours at a time.- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. boxes repeatedly during shift.- Dexterity of hands and fingers with ability to handle and inspect plastic parts ranging in size from .25” to 18”.- Visual ability to handle and inspect parts.- Ability to safely use trimming tools to finish parts.- Ability to lift and dump collection bins onto tables for sorting, inspection & trimming.
