Position Title: Line Operator
Shift: 3rd, Rotating

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Use reel components to build reels to size specifications - Place the correct reel onto the coiler and prepare for start-up; reel must be in good condition - Monitor print and footage stripings - Monitor for continuous stripe - Remove reel from the coiler using a forklift and transport the finished product to inventory; complete paperwork to ensure accurate inventory levels - Grind the scrap as it is produced and stacks the scrap
Requirements:- Must be able to read reports and the print on the finished product, look for defects in product, and drive a forklift- Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with team members and management and listen for equipment- Must be able to kneel and pick up items off the floor, and climb ladders- Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs. occasionally as a team lift- Must be able to grasp and use equipment, and have the ability to hold conduit and nails into flanges simultaneously- Ability to read and write English - Ability to use hand tools- Ability to perform simple math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and taking measurements)- Ability to drive forklift - Ability to communicate, and help drive team success

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Process bi-weekly payroll, including salary, bonus, commissions, benefits, and taxes ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations- Prepare monthly payroll accrual for financial statements- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages- Oversee the year-end process, including W-2s and year-end adjustments- Maintain communication with payroll service providers regarding software updates and new products available to initiate the use of new features- Proactively diagnose the analytic requirements of the sales organization; design and deliver reporting to meet these requirements- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential- Assist any internal and external audits as necessary- Act as a coordinator for all employee payroll activity, as well as advise employees on payroll rules and regulations- Maintain 3rd party payroll software module in conjuncture with HR; ensuring applicable updates to maintain federal, state, and local compliance- Maintain and reconcile all personnel related expense accounts on company general ledger to payroll system on a bi-weekly basis
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years working with a 3rd party payroll system- Multi state payroll experience- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and a high level of attention to detail- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality- Strong time management skills, execution skills, advanced analytical skills, ability to handle multiple tasks with awareness of deadlines- Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office tools with a strong focus on Excel- Excellent working knowledge of federal, state, FICA, and local tax withholdings laws and regulations

Position Title: Maintenance Technician
