Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Use reel components to build reels to size specifications - Place the correct reel onto the coiler and prepare for startup; reel must be in good condition - Monitor print and footage stripings - Monitor for continuous stripe - Remove reel from the coiler using a forklift and transport the finished product to inventory - Complete paperwork to ensure accurate inventory levels - Grind the scrap as it is produced and stacks the scrap
Requirements:- Must be able to read reports and the print on the finished product, look for defects in product, and drive a forklift - Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with team members and management and listen for equipment - Must be able to kneel and pick up items off the floor, and climb ladders- Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs. occasionally as a team lift - Must be able to grasp and use equipment; ability to hold conduit and nails into flanges simultaneously- Ability to read and write English - Use hand tools - Ability to perform simple math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and take measurements) - Ability to drive forklift- Ability to communicate and help drive team success
