Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Visually inspects finished products to match the quality and quantity constraints of the company.- Perform repetitive work to pack the final product per packing instructions to mass produce.- Seals carton when full and places identification label on carton, and places carton on skid.- Rework or sort defective parts.- May be ask to operate a saw machine when needed. - Cross trained and capable of inspecting and packing products from the majority of machines.- Notifies supervisor in a timely manner when line is down.
Requirements:- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.- Ability to stand for long periods of time and typically for the entire duration of a shift.- Ability to regularly move around, walk, and bend for extended hours.- Ability to reach with arms, and grasp with hands.- Able to twist and bend frequently.- Ability to see in close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. - Ability to print, speak, and read simple sentences in English.- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures and pay close attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.- Ability to learn the different requirements for products and be cross trained to package products from the different machines.- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed and uninvolved written or oral instructions.- Must have a HSED or GED.- Past Manufacturing Experience is suggested.

Prevents cross contamination between colors and carrier systems Replaces valves on tanks as needed with cost in mind. - Replenishes filling area with supplies. - Assists shipping/ receiving with tasks as need. - Maintains good practices when cleaning oil based products. - Support plant hygiene habits with routine floor cleanings. - Restocks raw materials for batch makers in premix room on shelves. - Assists shipping and receiving with tasks as needed. - Putting raw materials received away on racking.- Putting FG inventory away on designated racking. Requirements:- Will be required to lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis and water hose assembly for cleaning of drums, pots and tanks. - Standing, bending reaching for an 8-10 hour shift 5-6 days a week. - Rolling tanks on wheels or on carts to wash area for cleaning. - Transferring pots weighing up to 50 lbs. from bench to card, or cart to counter, cart to ground. - Past Industrial and forklift experience preferred but not mandatory - Will complete on the job training before using. - GED or High School Diploma required. - Work safely, showing respect to others, and demonstrating ownership in work performed. - Following rules and policies as laid out in company handbook.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assembles Brackets and Pads for Orthodontic Braces. - Operate fixtures to assemble orthodontic appliances. - Separates parts according to lot and product number/Obtains and sorts products. - Marks orthodontic appliances with appropriate color dot or marking. - Package parts according to specifications. - Review parts to ensure quality/Quality Checks.- Manage inventory and supermarkets, as needed. - Pick and pack orders as listed on the order form. - Maintain a clean work environment. - Will be sorting parts with hands and or tweezers. - Completes requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments.- Uses computer to enter records.
