Position Title: Linen Assistant
Wage: $10.00 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Implement Equipment Safety.- Documentation: Demonstrate the ability to accurately access and document activities and service processes.- Inspecting all linens to comply with the department of quality control and improvement guidelines.- Demonstrate compliance with all Human Resource related policies and procedures.- Process clean linen through folding machines and ironers.- Hand Folding clean linens.- Loading linens onto laundry carts to be able to be sent back to the customers in a timely matter.- Must be able to listen and take direction.
Requirements:- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions given in English generally acquired through a partial high school education.

Position Title: Assembler
Wage: $10.00-$12.00 per hour

An excellent candidate for this position will be reliable, have basic reading skills and the ability to follow directions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints and bills of materials to accurately assemble equipment and products.- Perform quality work checks to insure the product meets quality standards.- Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications.- Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.- Maintain inventory of product in work stations.- Utilize hand held tools.- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:- Must have high school diploma or GED.- Ability to read blueprint and 3D views.- Ability to use a tape measure and make simple estimates of material requirements- Previous experience preferred.

Position Title: Customer Service
QPS Employment Group is looking for a candidate with excellent administrative skills who is looking for long term employment at a credible corporation in the Quincy area. We are looking for a skilled and motivated candidate with experience and the willingness to learn. This will be a temp to hire, first shift position with opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Works with customers to offer alternatives to unresolved problems.- Receives and answers inquiries regarding customer service responsibilities.- Follow up on customer inquiries and research to assure satisfactory completion.- Completes verifications, credit referrals, name and address changes, and other mail requests received by the department. - Monitor, evaluates, and presents solutions to potential problem areas.- Identifies needs and makes recommendations regarding revisions to policy and procedures.- Remains current on changes in policies, procedures and regulation.- Develops and maintains the department's image and corporate philosophy in the community.- Enters and expedites customer orders and order change requests.- Prepares routine reports and assists the manager with special projects as assigned.- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.- Receives, researches and answers customer’s inquiries and requests regarding accounts, rates and services offered.
Requirements:- Associates Degree; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position.- Two (2) years' experience in customer relations position, preferred.- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.- Must have the ability to operate office equipment.- Must be able to accurately compare and verify information.- Must have the ability to resolve questions and problems with supervisor/manager, but also manage own work flow and meet deadlines.- Strong communication and good analytical skills.- Must be able to compose under stressful conditions and when dealing with a wide range of personalities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assist with inspections of all operations being performed on a daily basis. - Review and maintain daily activity reports for compliance with rules and regulations. - Develop and implement proper procedures for special situations and activities.- Write reports implementing the Safety Program.- Inspect the facility for adequate fire protection and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.- Maintain safety files and records.- Recommend correction of working conditions using knowledge of industrial processes and safety standards.- Develop loss-control programs and devise methods to evaluate safety programs.- Make recommendations for compliance with OSHA regulations.- Conduct safety and fire audits of the facility.- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in safety field preferred and/or equivalent experience, education, and training that provide the preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in safety preferred.- Working knowledge of safety codes, OSHA, EPA, health regulations, hazardous material and emergency preparedness.- Knowledgeable in the applications of government regulations in regard to all safety issues.
