Position Title: General Labor
Wage: $13.50-$14.00 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm; 3:00pm-11:00pm; 11:00pm-7:00am

Position Title: Inspector Packer
Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am (Sunday - Thursday)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Inspect and package plastic products according to customer requirements- Operate mills and other machines- Stack, mark, count, pack, tape and transport product to prepare for shipment - Keep record of rejected and completed parts- Maintain paperwork- Trim or clip sharp edges, flash and runners from product
Requirements:- Previous production experience desired - Able to lift up to 20lbs - Able to stand for duration of shift - Able to stoop, bend, twist, and squat throughout shift - Able to follow directions- Able to read and write in English - Good manual dexterity - Excellent attendance - Basic math skills- Strong attention to detail
Position Title: Spot Welder
Wage: $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assemble parts in jig to be welded. - Operate resistance welders, completing all necessary welds on work piece per product specifications. - Load and off-bear CNC resistance welders. - Remove welded parts from jigs. - Accurately complete paperwork regarding production, scrap and quality checks on paper and in the E2 Production Management software. - Maintain appropriate production rates. - Read work orders, blueprints or production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of welds, or dimensions and tolerances. - Visually examine work pieces to verify conformance to standards. - Use checking fixtures to verify work pieces conformance to standards. - Notify management when parts fail to meet standards. - Measure work pieces with pull measuring tapes and/or caliper to verify conformance to standards. - Assist department lead in troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions of machinery. - Foster a culture of safety by practicing safe work habits, wearing PPE, demanding safe behavior of colleagues and pointing out safety issues as soon as they arise. - Participate in monthly safety meetings. - Clean and lubricate machines. - Keep work area clean and orderly. Requirements:- Standing constantly 10 hour days. - Walking constantly; 10 hour days.- Frequent bending. - Lifting 30-50 lbs. occasionally. - Lifting 10-29 lbs. frequently. - Noise level: Loud, hearing protection must be worn at all times. - Experience in welding preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Reads and wires point to point. - Assemble panels. - Cut and prep wiring. - Drive a forklift after trained and certified by client. - Apply correct stickers where they need to be. - Using different power tools to attach components. Requirements:- Able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 lbs. - Ability to sit and stand in one place for periods of time. - High School Diploma required. - Excellent attention to detail. - Able to read a tape measure. - Ability to read and understand blue prints point to point. - Knowledge of pneumatic and electrical hand tools along with crimpers, air guns and screw drivers.
