Position Title: Packaging
Wage: $12.50-$13.50 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 8 or 4 hour shift

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Watching molds so parts are not closed in and the sprue is not stringing causing build up on mold.- Loading inserts properly if required & trim flash and snip gates properly.- Print, Assemble, Sort, Drill, or Gauge parts as required.- Maintain standard cycles & Watch for water or oil leaks. - Watch for safety malfunctions, such as, drop bar failure, drill press guards, etc. - Listen to instructions and changing sounds of machinery. (Noise of mold, machine, grinder, pump, drop bar). - To pass on information and instructions to the relieving operator. - To perform any inspector functions at the job station as instructed and perform any packaging and labeling functions as instructed. - To familiarize self with all information posted at the job station pertaining to part quality, packaging requirements, method of operations, and safety. Use all time allocated before the start of each shift to review and perform the same job functions without disruptions.- To perform any post-molding operations as required at the job station, including; assemble, glue, polish.- To grind runner, sprues, and other scrap as required in such a manner as not to damage the equipment from overload.- To call for, and notify supervision in a timely manner if trouble develops with the mold or equipment or quality problems arise.- To adhere to all company policies regarding conduct, safety practices, job performance, and quality standards, etc. - To keep their immediate work station clean & to assist in the training of inexperienced operators as instructed by supervision. Requirements:- Standing in one place for long periods and some bending (45degrees angle).- Lifting up to 25lbs.- Ability to work in a warm environment.- Reporting to work on time and when scheduled.- Ability to follow directions (written, verbal and on computer), pay close attention to detail. - Hand/Eye Coordination.- Ability to work on computer, performing simple data entry. We are recruiting candidates for a local cheese manufacturing facility in Monroe, WI. This client offers 8-10 hour shifts, with work every other Saturday, advancement and training opportunities, and a clean and modern work environment. We are looking to fill positions on both 1st and 2nd shift, all skill levels are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Preparing supplies and labels.- Take cheese from totes and place on conveyor. Cut and place cheese into containers. - Utilizing overhead crane to move cheese from one area to the next. - Fill cartons of cheese with packaged product. - Sanitation duties: assemble/disassemble equipment, bending to clean undersides of equipment. - Place loaves of cheese onto cheese racks.- Machine Operation: assist in monitoring the progress of the cheese, listen for any malfunctions. - Move racks of cheese. Remove loaves of cheese from cheese racks. Stack cartons of finished cheese onto pallet.- Stack loaves of cheese into totes. - QA checks done by water test.- Seal cheese loaves on Cryovac machine.- Clean equipment and pack room at the end of daily production run. Requirements:- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment. -The physical plant environment is clean but, sometimes cool/warm, wet, and moderately noisy.- Must maintain a high degree of personal hygiene. - Must be able to effectively communicate with fellow employees and management.- Must be able to meet the physical demands of job as described in this document.- Must be able to read, understand and carryout written procedures.- Must be honest and dependable. - Candidate must be a team worker.- HS diploma or equivalent is desired but, not required.- Food plant experience helpful.- Ability to learn many jobs and to be flexible with duties and schedules.

Position Title: Assembler
Wage: $15.00 + per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd
We are seeking 1st and 2nd shift Assembler candidates for a family owned operation in Southern, WI. Successful candidates will become part of a team that successfully produces components of conventional and intermodal transportation equipment.
If you enjoy working with your hands, small hand tools, and powered tools, while creating something much bigger than this would be the ideal position for you!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Prepare metal surfaces. Clean trailer components with solvents. - Caulk all trailer seams and joints, drill through aluminum, steel and wood. - Position and fasten parts together with bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners. - Assemble sub-assemblies such as, but not limited to, break hoses, light boxes, axles, air brake systems, nose boxes, wiring harnesses, tire-rim mounting, doors, and walls. - Perform measurement layouts per blue prints. - Operate overhead cranes after trained. Requirements:- Ability to read/write/comprehend instructions in English. - Knowledge of GMPs (good manufacturing practices). - Must be able to work at a fast pace. - Good mathematical skills. Position Title: Production
Hours: $19.70 per hour
Hours: 1:00pm-9:00pm or until done
Are you interested in working in a cheese production role? Not looking to work 6 days a week, every week? We are seeking candidates for a well-established cheese manufacture in Southern Wisconsin. This opportunity would be on their end of day production team, working Monday through Friday, with every third Saturday would be mandatory. This opportunity is in a warm environment, is it physical, and fast paced.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Accurate record keeping as required by the cheese making process and sanitation programs.- Perform sanitation duties as required, including tear down of machines.- Follow written procedures for sanitation including chemical use, cleaning methods, and safety requirements/rules.- Must be able to read, understand and follow written sanitation procedures, you will be required to move from one job function to another quickly as production needs dictate.- Duties to include general cheese production functions.
Requirements:- Writing needs to be accurate as well as clean and neat, must be able to read, understand and follow written procedures.- Able to read and write so as to effectively communicate in the plant and understand procedure, policies and processes.- High School diploma or equivalent is desired but, not required.- Food plant sanitation experience helpful.- Must be able to effectively communicate and work with fellow employees and management.- Must be able to meet physical demands of job as described in this document.- Must be honest and dependable.- Must be able to work in clean but, often times steamy, wet, and moderately noisy environment.
