Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Boxing, stitching, and guillotine cutting. - Assist printer, plastic in printing designs on plastic material.- Insert spindle through roll of plastic material and adjust collars to center roll on spindle. - Position spindle on printing press feed rack and clamp in place. - Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area. - Thread material through press rolls and tapes end to winding roll.- Wash ink rollers and pan in solvent. - Remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, folded signatures, labels or other in process products from discharge unit of printing press or adhesives coating equipment. - May adjust stacking mechanism on press according to paper dimensions. - Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, carts, and trays.- Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, or electric dolly. - Count, weigh, and record number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. Stack or assemble materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher.- May occasionally operate automated equipment and/or industrial truck, electric hoist to assist in loading and moving materials and products. - Record weight of rolls and amount of plastic on rolls. Requirements:- Vision requirements of normal color and depth perception. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis for duration of shift.- Ability to walk and/or sit for duration of shift. - Ability to stand, bend and stoop throughout your shift. - Ability to work assigned hours on different shifts, including overtime and on short notice.- Ability to work in different climates for duration of shift. - Experience with hand jacks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Machine loading & Labeling.- Bagging & Scaling.- Boxing & Palletizing.- Cutting (may use a small paring knife).- Sanitation duties as required (chemical use, cleaning methods, and safety requirements/rules).- Required to report unsafe conditions or practices to Plant Management.- Must follow all GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices).- Some positions require the use of powered pallet lift trucks.- Ability to operate many different types of packaging line related machines; mainly tapers, cutters, labelers and scales.
Requirements:- This position involves very to moderately strenuous work. - Ability to stand and walk with frequent bending, twisting, pushing and squatting throughout shift.- Frequently involve repetitive lifting of up to 40 lbs. (depending on line position).- Occasionally involves being on knees inspecting and cleaning undersides of equipment or up on ladders.- Ability to work in a fast paced production environment.- Must maintain a high degree of personal hygiene.- Must be able to effectively communicate with fellow employees and management.- Must be able to meet the physical demands of job as described in this document.- Must be able to read, understand and carryout written procedures.- Must be honest and dependable.- HS diploma or equivalent is desired but, not required.- Food plant experience helpful.- Ability to learn many jobs and to be flexible with duties and schedules.

Position Title: Plastic Injection
Wage: $10.85 + per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Watch molds so parts are not closed in and the sprue is not stringing causing build up on mold. - Load inserts properly if required & trim flash and snip gates properly. - Print, assemble, sort, drill, or gauge parts as required. - Maintain standard cycles & Watch for water or oil leaks. - Watch for safety malfunctions, such as, drop bar failure, drill press guards, etc. - Listen to instructions and changing sounds of machinery. (Noise of mold, machine, grinder, pump, drop bar). - Pass on information and instructions to the relieving operator. - Perform any inspector functions at the job station as instructed and perform any packaging and labeling functions as instructed. - Perform any post-molding operations as required at the job station, including; assemble, glue, and polish.- Grind runner, sprues, and other scrap as required in such a manner as not to damage the equipment from overload.- Call for, and notify supervision in a timely manner if trouble develops with the mold or equipment or quality problems arise.- Adhere to all company policies regarding conduct, safety practices, job performance, and quality standards, etc. - Keep immediate work station clean & assist in the training of inexperienced operators as instructed by supervision.
Requirements:- Standing in one place for long periods and some bending (45degrees angle). - Lifting up to 25lbs. - Ability to work in a warm environment.- Reporting to work on time and when scheduled. - Ability to follow directions (written, verbal and on computer), pay close attention to detail.- Hand/Eye Coordination. - Ability to work on computer, performing simple data entry.
