Position Title: Finishing Operator

Wage: $13.25/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm – 12:00am

- Place insulation into machine to be bagged
- Remove and count insulation parts from machine
- Glue insulation into foam molds                                   
- Sort through parts, inspecting for defects                                   
- Use forklift to load and unload trucks
- Maintain clean work area

Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 30lbs                                    
- Able to twist, reach and bend throughout shift
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to read and write in English
- Able to read a tape measure
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail

Position Title: Technical Support Representative

Wage: $11.00 - $12.00/hour

Shift: All

This position offers a laid back work environment, a great, clean office to work in and a friendly staff and management team. Employees may be eligible for a pay increase, based on performance and productivity after the training period. In depth training will make you feel comfortable with the Technical Support Representative position before you are put onto the phone lines. - Make calls providing information about products or services
- Take or enter orders
- Cancel accounts
- Record details of customer interactions including details on questions, complaints and comments
- Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records or issue service discontinuance orders
- Take inbound calls handling customer complaints and questions
- Assist with email and chat support

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to sit for duration of shift
- Able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
