Position Title: Production Worker
Hours: Mon-Fri 7-4, Sat 7-12

We are hiring for Production Workers for a great client who has over 100 years combined experience within the recycling industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Tear down scrap computers and electronics into different metals grades or components- Sort scrap metals into different aluminum, copper, brass, wire, stainless, and steel grades- Package items in gaylord boxes or stretch wrap on skids- Practice good onsite safety, wearing issued PPE at all times- Add items/update items in inventory system- Assist with facility grounds keeping - Assist at recycling collection drive efforts or with customer pick ups- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dumpsters
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Dependable and punctual attendance- General computer usage skills- Able to use power tools/hand tools- Must be physically capable of lifting and moving 75 lbs.- Good communication skills- Valid driver's license, transportation, and acceptable MVR
Position Title: Assembler
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 6am-2pm M-F; 2pm-10pm M-F; 10pm-6am M-F

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Conduct on-the-floor and bench type assembly; includes pre-assembly, sub assembly and final assembly operations- Use robots and fixtures to finish parts for assembly- Use hand tools and other equipment for cutting, grinding, dipping, scraping, painting, routing and slotting; use piece count scales with accuracy- Plan and organize assembly procedures- Conduct on-line and in-process quality control checks to meet or surpass quality requirements- Alert supervisor on low inventories- Maintain a clean and safe work area- Package parts and properly labels- May perform on-line assemblies in manufacturing as designated- Test assemblies as needed- Provide material handling support as required- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly- Extended sitting and standing operations- Excellent eye-hand coordination and finger dexterity- Combination of extended sitting and standing and walking- Exposure to various chemicals- Good mechanical aptitude preferred- Must be able to understand instructions in English- Must be a self-starter
Position Title: Blow Molding
Hours: 6am-2:30pm M-F; 2pm-10:30pm M-F; 10pm-6:30am Sun-Thurs

Requirements:- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 20 lbs. consistently - Excellent hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity - Combination of extended standing and walking - Variety of repetitive tasks, include bending, twisting, stooping, turning wrist, and grasping parts - Good mechanical aptitude preferred - Must be able to understand instructions in English - Must be a self-starter - Must be able to withstand heat and noise levels
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4:30pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Prepare service parts and production parts orders based on customer requests- Receive customer calls and record issues and or complaints and record these into the CRM database and initiate corrective action plans- Input information to CRM, Navision and related sales information systems- Work in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment- Deal with sometimes upset and demanding customers or field crews- Work directly with Engineering to determine errors and resolve field issues- Receive calls from building installers and answer their question regarding job site part components or building drawings- Work directly with Regional Sales Managers and customers to get customer service issues properly defined and resolved- Respond to customer information requests collaborating with other departments for appropriate responses- Answer incoming phone calls and routing the caller to the appropriate person or department- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Degree in Business or Construction Management- Knowledge of building systems, structural design, products and services are preferred- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including CRM and Excel would be preferred- Capability to read and understand Engineering drawings a plus- Experience in self-storage or building products and installation services- Functional knowledge of building plans a plus- Must be computer proficient and able to multi-task - Organized and able to communicate professionally
