Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Selects, measures, assembles, and sets up machines and tools such as drill bits and milling or cutting tools using precision gauges and instruments. - Mounts, installs, aligns, and secures tools, attachments, fixtures, and work piece on machine using hand tools and precision measuring instruments. - Determines specifications or procedures for tooling set-up, machine operation, work piece dimensions, or numerical control sequences using blueprints, instructions, and machine knowledge. - Calculates and sets machine controls to position tools, or regulates cutting depth, speed, feed, or coolant flow. Requirements:- Pass required company math and CNC Test.- Possess good problem solving skills and ability to read required gages and tools.- A minimum of 5-8 years of CNC Machining Center experience required. - This includes working knowledge of machine set up and operation, checking offsets and changing inserts. - Must be able to check competed parts for proper dimensions. - Be able to set up lathes and/or mills with very little or no assistance. - CNC Machinist Technical School course work or CNC Boot Camp certificate is desirable. - Previous experience with horizontal Mazak, Fanuc controls and “G” and “M” code editing desirable. - Operate and set up all production equipment and have the ability to use micrometers, calipers, SPC charting and other gauging. - Lift up to 40 pounds without assistance, reaching, bending and standing for long periods of time and availability for overtime hours as needed or required.
Position Title: Grinder Operator
Wage: $13.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Operate department I/D Grinders, O/D Grinders, Centerless Grinders and Blanchard Grinders achieve 8 hours of production per day.- Monitor and maintain machine coolant and oil levels. - Become familiar with machine controls, job cards, blue sheets and procedures for next card operation.- Working knowledge of how to use required gauges. - Must know the start, stop and emergency shut off buttons on machines. - Sump out machines and maintain housekeeping in within the department. - Measure and compensate for the fluctuation in parts size. - Use precision measuring instruments, using blueprints and instructions.- Maintain ISO-9001 2008 Certification Standards.- Maintain required production standards. This is a temp to hire position for 3rd shift. The main responsibility of the Molding Operator position is to assist in manufacturing automotive products.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Put new material in the bin - Pack parts - Tape boxes; close all bags and boxes - Label all boxes - Operate hand pallet truck to move pallets to proper staging area - Take scrap to the dumpster- Check first shot after each time the box is pulled - Compare parts to acceptance criteria - Take accept/reject determination - Sort parts from runners - Regrind runners and scrap parts - Move production to final audit area - General department housekeeping - Follow all safety/housekeeping regulations

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers by hand or using trucks, tractors, and other equipment- Sort cargo before loading and unloading- Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material and equipment needs- Record numbers of units handled and moved using daily production sheets or work tickets- Install protective devices such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported- Direct spouts and position receptacles such as bins, carts, or containers so they can be loaded- Maintain equipment storage areas to ensure that inventory is protected- Carry needed tools and supplies from storage or trucks and return them after use
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED- Experience in operating hand tools, pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts- Basic math skills- Good communication- Considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials- Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects- Ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time- Ability to coordinate 2 or more limbs while sitting, standing, or lying down; does not involve performing the activities while the whole body is in motion- Ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects- Lift 7-70 lbs. approximately 6-8 hours in an 8 hour work day
