Position Title: Machine Operator Helper
Shift: 1st, 3rd
Hours: 6am-4pm, 8pm-6am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Feed large cardboard sheets into machines and receive finished cardboard product in stack - Inspect top piece and discard inspected piece; notify Supervisor if piece doesn't meet quality standards - Verify the size of the cardboard is to specification and cross train in all areas - Scrap excess cardboard as applicable - General maintenance and cleaning of work area - Routinely lift up to 50 pounds and multi-task to keep up with tight production schedules - Stand for entire shift in a non-climate controlled environment and extremely fast paced environment
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED- Previous manual labor experience is a must- Ability to read and comprehend written, oral, and graphic form of instructions - Ability to read a tape measure; basic math skills are required - Strong attention to detail - Strong work ethics and excellent attendance will be the key to your long-term success

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Sort through donations of clothes, household items, and other miscellaneous items- Take in donations of clothing, household items, and other miscellaneous items- Run tipper that sorts through clothes- Empty trash on occasion- Break down boxes for clothes- Clean the floors with mop, dust, and restrooms for closing- Load cardboards and clothes into a bailer- Set up new store, set up racks, and clean for opening
Requirements:- Previous light industrial experience is preferred- Previous warehouse experience is a plus- Must be able to do simple math (adding and subtracting), read English to read tags and color code the clothes- Ability to stand for duration of shift in one place- Work in a hot environment (during the summer)- Ability to twist, bend, and reach throughout shift- Must be able to stand for a full shift- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and a team lift above that weight if an object is needed to be moved- Must have the ability to work in a noisy environment- Must be able to do repetitive hand/eye work- Will be working around dust- Team work is a must- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
