Position Title: CNC Operator/Machinist
Wage: $16-24/hour DOE

Position Title: Electrical Assembler
Wage: $18.00 - $23.00/hour
Hours: 5:00am – 1:00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Electrical Assembler at a company in Ixonia, WI. This is a temp to hire position for 1st shift. The main responsibility of the Electrical Assembler is to assemble electrical components.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Identify and locate correct materials from blueprints to pull from stock and/or job baskets- Work from drawings, blueprints and instructions to layout project and perform skilled electrical assembly- Install and/or mount electrical components on equipment- Select, cut, form and install wiring in accordance with specifications- Terminate cables, troubleshoot electrical circuits, drill and tap holes and route cables back to junction boxes or panels- Supervise the installation and/or startup of equipment in the field- Act as the electrical technical resource- Perform basic pipe fitting- Complete and maintain required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
Requirements:- High School Diploma with some specialized training- At least three years of relevant electrical experience- Journeyman electrician certification- Able to lift up to 100lbs
Position Title: Mechanical Assembler
QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Mechanical Assembler at a company in Ixonia, WI. This is a temp to hire position for 1st shift. The main responsibility of the Mechanical Assembler is to assemble mechanical components.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Work from drawings, blueprints and instructions to perform building, welding, fitting, aligning and adjusting of sub-assemblies- Organize and participate in the prepping and unmasking of sub-assemblies- Identify and locate correct materials to pull from stock- Build crates and package product in preparation for shipment- Assist with installation of equipment in the field- Assist in the training of new hires- Complete and maintain required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
Requirements:- Degree or certification from a technical college or trade school with at least seven years of related experience- Mechanically inclined- Able to use hand tools- Able to read and understand blueprints- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals - Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Able to work under minimal supervision- Good communication skills
