Position Title: Warehouse Associate
Wage: $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Use a dolly to load and unload appliances from trucks.- Pack and unpack appliances.- Inspect appliances for defects and damages.- Receive, unload and place incoming appliances appropriately.- Organize warehouse space.- Perform housekeeping duties and keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED.- Experience using a dolly.- Prior warehouse or logistics experience.- Ability to lift or move heavy appliances up to 150 lbs.- Physical stamina and dexterity to continuously push or pull heavy appliances.
Position Title: Utility Operator
Wage: $14.50 per hour
QPS Employment Group has partnered with the most trusted and preeminent regionally focused animal nutrition company in the United States. They are seeking 1st Shift Sanitation Utility Operators to maintain the cleanliness of the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Maintain master sanitation schedule- Perform cleaning, verify, and document the four (4) sanitation schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).- Clean/sanitize, monitor chemical inventory, and document microbiological samples.- Assist in environmental sampling.- Assist in application of water purifying agents in the Reverse Osmosis system.- Collect and analyze water from different sources on daily/weekly basis- Clean/sanitize lunch room, lab area, office areas, locker room, production and maintenance offices, cooler, chemical cage, RO cage, drains, and outdoor grounds.- Maintain a clean and organized work station.- Accurately prepare and maintain all applicable paperwork.- Perform all other assigned tasks appropriate to the position.- Assist to maintain sanitary conditions at the warehouses on daily basis.
Requirements:- High School Diploma/GED required.- Ability to work in a dusty and dirty environment.- Sanitation and janitorial experience preferred.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Forklift experience required.
Position Title: Filler Helper
Wage: $14.50-$15.25 per hour
Shift: Day and Night
Hours: 6:00am-6:30pm; 6:00pm-6:30am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators - Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards. - Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using motorized equipment. - Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor. - Secure finished packaged items by hand tying, sewing, gluing, stapling, or attaching fastener. Also by wrapping\ unwrapping product by using a klever kutter. - Mark or tag identification on parts. - Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances. - Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work areas and equipment. - Clean and lubricate equipment. - Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels.
Requirements:- The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions. - The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position. - The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. - The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). - The associate will be required to lift 20-50 lbs. approximately 4-6 hours in an eight hour work day.- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. - Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Position Title: Inserter Sorter

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets, envelopes, labels or other in-process product to and from the equipment in the area assigned. - Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. - Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, or other device. - Record number of units of materials handled on daily production sheet. - Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on containers. - Stack or assemble materials into bundles and bands bundles together.
Requirements:- Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions or under guidance of a higher level employee. - Basic knowledge of shrink-wrap equipment.- Able to complete appropriate forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and the labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials.- Prior experience with automated inserting equipment preferred.- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.- Work three 12 hours shifts one week and 4 shifts the next. Up to 7 days off every 2 weeks!
