Position Title: Machine Operator

Wage: $18.00/hour

Shift: 2nd or 3rd

Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00am

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Machine Operator at a company in Waukegan, WI. This is a temp to hire position for 2nd or 3rd shift.   

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate Laminator Machine or Flexo Printer Machine
- Identify product and materials required
- Set up production lines
- Inspect product quality
- Keep accurate reports
- Oversee and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- At least one year of working with large rolls of paper, plastic, foil or film
- Able to work in a team environment
- Good computer skills

Position Title: Inspector

Wage: $15.00 - $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Inspector at a company in Lincolnshire, IL. This is a temp to hire position for 1st or 2nd shift.   

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect components to ensure conformance to specifications
- Document inspection results
- Submit non-conformance reports
- Perform basic statistical studies
- Interpret detailed blueprints, work orders and engineering specifications
- Calibrate and perform additional studies on gauges
- Maintain clean work area
- Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with quality control equipment such as calipers, micrometers and gauges is preferred
- Able to follow inspection processes, specifications, blueprints and plans
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Position Title: CNC Operator

Wage: $13.00 - $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a CNC Operator at a company in Grayslake, IL. This is a temp to hire position for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.   

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and operate Vertical Milling center
- Load stock material on the saw and CNC fixtures
- Read and select the proper measuring devices for different parts such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, etc.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to lift up to 25lbs
- Basic math skills

Position Title: Material Handler

Wage: $12.00 - $15.00/hour

Shift: Days or Nights   

Hours: 7:30am – 7:30pm or 7:30pm – 7:30am

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Material Handler at a company in Libertyville, IL. This is a temp to hire position for the day or night shift.   

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Operate pallet jack
-Select, pack and distribute warehouse inventory
-Unload delivery vehicles
-Move and place stock onto shelves or pallets
-Open cartons, bundles and other containers
-Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery
-Stock and rotate materials as necessary
-Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat
-Check parts received against bills of lading, purchase orders or other documents to verify correctness of incoming shipments
-Check items for proper packaging to ensure safe transportation
-Inspect received material for damage and defects

Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent problem solving skills
-General computer knowledge
-Accurate visual abilities including depth perception
-Hearing range sufficient to notice alarms, bells and horns
-Able to lift up to 75lbs
