Position Title: Welder
Hours: 2:30pm – 11:00pm

This positon requires minimal manufacturing experience and the ability to train of 1st shift for 6+ weeks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble parts- Identify, transport, install, mount and bolt switch components- Perform mechanical inspection using torque wrenches, screwdriver and tape measure - Use material handling equipment and crane to move product

Hours: 2:30pm – 1:00am
QPS is hiring CNC Machinists on 2nd shift in the Franklin area. Machinists will be responsible for programming and editing G&M code, running multiple machines at once, performing setups and doing quality checks of all products! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Work from detailed part drawings and specifications- Understand program format- Work from operational data defining and coding tooling, fixturing and machine arrangements- Perform first piece inspection- Cycle machines through operation sequences- Perform lens focusing adjustments for cutting different materials on the laser- Check and to install gas supplies- Perform routine maintenance, such as checking water and oil levels, gauges, etc. for proper operation
Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED- Experience with a variety of machines including Mazak, DMG, Haas, Forest Line and controls such as Mazatrol, Fanuc, Siemens and Haas- Program knowledge- Able to read and understand EIA format (G&M code)
