Position Title: Inspection
Wage: $10.00 per hour

Requirements:- High School Diploma/GED required.- Accuracy and attention to detail required. - Ability to initiate, organize, and prioritize work and work alone or with a team.- Lifting approximately 2 to 20 sleeves of product weighing from eight to twelve pounds each hourly.- Lift up to thirty five pounds once per hour individually or as a team lift.- Must be able to use fingers and hands repetitively.- Required to reach, lift, bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and walk.
Position Title: Parts Associate
Wage: $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Responsible for the accuracy and availability of all parts in the parts inventory.- Responsible for regular cycle counting of spare parts.- Organize and maintain a clean and orderly storeroom and work space.- Evaluate and parts usage and determine the min/max levels to ensure we do not run out of stock or carry too much inventory.- Reporting of high consumption of materials and Stock outs.- Responsible for maintaining and updating resource information, including part descriptions, Part Numbers, vendor information and pricing.- Responsible for replenishing the spare parts inventory.- Responsible for processing and purchasing replenishment demands in an efficient and timely manner.- Responsible for receiving daily deliveries into the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software).- Deliver received materials to the appropriate personnel or storage locations.- Ensure all spare parts are promptly put away into their proper storage locations.- Responsible for the creation, accuracy, and general ledger cost distribution of purchase orders.- Evaluate stocked resource pricing and find alternate vendors and better pricing.- Maintain good vendor relations.- Must have the ability to record and document all work done in CMMS software program.
Requirements:- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Basic Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. - Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of AS400, E-Mail, and IVARA.

Wage: $11.00 per hour plus attendance bonus

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Perform routine tasks involved in producing, assembling, inspecting, testing or shipping a product. - Load raw material into machinery that may grind, emulsify, mechanically debone, mix/blend and/or plate freeze product. - Inspect product to ensure that it conforms to established quality control guidelines. - Discard incidental waste, that cannot be processed, into bins or other containers for proper disposal.- Operate process hose to pump product into plate freezer; hand pack; and insert dividers (when required) to separate product during processing. - Pull blocks of frozen product from plate freezers by hand and physically slide product along rail and hand stack onto pallets. - Perform sanitation of machines and floors using high pressure hose and other tools to ensure that our equipment and facility is kept clean and hygienic.- Operate forklift or pallet jack to move or retrieve supplies for production line or for storage (if trained and certified to operate forklifts and pallet jacks). Requirements:- Experience in the meat processing industry is desired but not required. - Must be able to work around and with raw beef, chicken, fish, lamb, or other similar raw materials and odors. - Ability to lift up to 30lbs frequently; up to 50lbs constantly and 60lbs occasionally. - Must be able to work extended shifts and overtime as needed; sometimes up to (7) days a week. - Must be able to work in a cold environment for duration of shift between 30-45 degrees.
