Position Title: Packager
Wage: $15.00 per hour
Hours: 6:00pm-6:00am (2-2-3 rotation)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Transfer, open, load, and blend bulk of materials in the blending machine per specifications.- Load ingredients by hands per blending records.- Complete and maintain all required paperwork for final inspection by Supervisor.- Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work area.- Scoop small sample materials blended for Quality Inspection.- Transfer and stage blended materials to next stage of manufacturing process.- Place bag(s) on line for machine to fills bags with products.- When bag is filled, guide bag for proper sealing.- Put labels on bags.- Set up, adjust and operate packaging equipment on a moving assembly line following established procedures.- Operate forklift as needed - Client will train and certify employees.- Operate the Palletizer and follow all Safety Procedures such as Lock out Tag Out. - Shrink wrap pallets manually as needed. Requirements:- Must be able to stand on feet for 12 hours a day.- Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds frequently.- Must be able to work in a hot work environment. - Repetitive work in a fast pace environment.- Frequent handling/moving product using arm, hand, wrist, and shoulder movement.- Attention to detail.- Basic mathematics skills. - Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand tools.- Required to talk, hear, stand, walk, sit, use hands to fingers, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.- Occasionally required to work on the mezzanine, balance, stoop, crouch, and smell. - Forklift experience is preferred.- Follow Good Manufacture Practices (GMP).- Ability to read, comprehend, and prepare production worksheets in English. - Must have a great attitude, solid work ethic and be reliable.

Wage: $9.25 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd (Full-Time and Part-Time)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Perform work on the blister machines by putting the blister into the tooling, product into the blister, and cardstock on top. - Packing of product by counting number of pieces, checking for quality defects, and placing product into a bag/box/carton. - Placing product into poly bags and sealing bag with heat sealer. - General light assembly of product. - Utilizing reinforced tape dispenser to tape boxes shut. - Setting up, labeling, dotting, stamping boxes with various pieces of information.
Requirements:- Routinely required to work in an environment that produces fumes such a saw dust and glue. - Required to stand and walk more than 2/3 of the time. This position is required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or touch more than 2/3 of the time. This position does require the individual to repetitively lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Close and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus are required to perform this position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Selects equipment and plans layout for welding and assembly of shop orders.- Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together to drawing/print specifications.- Secures and welds parts with attention to warpage and metal fatigue.- Inspects and ensures final part is to assembly drawing or engineering specifications. Straighten parts as needed using heat, press, clamps or other methods.- Assembles parts per assembly drawings and/or engineering instructions.- Repairs products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and rewelding per instructions or blueprint drawings. Requirements:- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.- 3-5 years of TIG Welding required. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.- Prior experience working with stainless steel.- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Hours: 7:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Fri with one day every other weekend)
