Position Title: CNC Machinist
Wage: $17.00 + per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Unload, clean, store, and maintain grain received at the location. - Maintain warehouse, location grounds and equipment to acceptable company standards by cleaning area.- Assist with other locations functions during “slow” times doing general housekeeping and sweeping.- Assist in maintaining inventory records, as well as other maintenance and housekeeping records in appropriate log books. - Assist in monitoring bunker storage, grain inventory, and making sure right product goes into bins.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, power saws, knives, or scissors. - Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications. - Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards. - Monitor the production line, watching for problems such as pile-ups, jams, or glue that isn't sticking properly. - Attach identification labels to finished packaged items, or cut stencils and stencil information on containers, such as lot numbers or shipping destinations. - Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels. Requirements:- Must have attention to detail.- Previous experience with a tape measure preferred.- Prior manufacturing experience.- Able to work in a fast paced team environment.- Detail oriented.- Mechanically inclined.

Position Title: Knitter/Knitter Mechanic

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Read and follow specification charts and materials accurately while being flexible to work on different machines. - Check stop motions daily to ensure they are working properly, oil knitting machines without automatic oilers every two hours and ensure that knitting machines with auto oilers are kept full of needle oil and working properly. - Blow off knitting machines with air hose four or more times per shift with the air hose being at 30psi. - Size socks one time per shift. - Provide and receive feedback to Supervisor and other members as well as listen to instruction and feedback from Supervisor to improve performance. - Perform size and style changes on knitting machines as requested. - Follow all required machine flagging procedures during repairs and all other safety guidelines provided by client. - Accurately complete style and size change slips, lycra tension sips, and any other required paperwork in a timely manner and route them to the appropriate person.
Requirements:- Ability to possess manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination. - Must be able to read and write legibly. - Must be able to add and subtract without using a calculator. - Prior machine operator or mechanical experience desired. - Capable of working in a fast paced work environment.
