Position Title: CNC Machinist
Wage: $17.00 + per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Read and understand blueprint reading including GD&T tolerancing.- Operate CNC lathes & CNC mills. - Operate CNC Swiss and/or CNC Grinder.- Set up CNC lathes and CNC mills patience and train a machine operator.- Hand checking of parts and dimensional documentation (Quality Control).- CMM/Inspection.- Utilize shop floor management software and Excel. Position Title: Processing II
Wage: $12.00-$15.00 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd
Hours: 7:40am-6:00pm; 4:30pm-2:30am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Prepping the product for packaging using knives and scissors.- Separating the product when coming down a conveyer line into a bundle of two or more specified by order to be placed on trays to be packaged for shipment.- Quality control of the products, making sure that they are being prepped to the FDA standards for the client.- Prepping and making boxes of all different sized depending on the order load for the day.- In the shipping area, lifting 40-50# (occasionally 70#) boxes consistently/repetitively to be placed pallets. Requirements:- Previous production experience is production is preferred.- Ability to work in a fast paced and repetitive work environment.- Ability to effectively work, not get distracted, and pay attention to the job at hand in these working conditions.- Reliable, dependable, and responsible.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Measure and cut insulation for covering surfaces, using tape measures, handsaws, power saws, knives, or scissors. - Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications. - Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards. - Monitor the production line, watching for problems such as pile-ups, jams, or glue that isn't sticking properly. - Attach identification labels to finished packaged items, or cut stencils and stencil information on containers, such as lot numbers or shipping destinations. - Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels. Requirements:- Must have attention to detail.- Previous experience with a tape measure preferred.- Prior manufacturing experience.- Able to work in a fast paced team environment.- Detail oriented.- Mechanically inclined.
