Position Title: CNC Machinist
Wage: $17.00 + per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Read and understand blueprint reading including GD&T tolerancing.- Operate CNC lathes & CNC mills. - Operate CNC Swiss and/or CNC Grinder.- Set up CNC lathes and CNC mills patience and train a machine operator.- Hand checking of parts and dimensional documentation (Quality Control).- CMM/Inspection.- Utilize shop floor management software and Excel. Position Title: Production
Wage: $11.00 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Visually inspect cabinet parts to ensure quality of product and notifying lead of unacceptable quality.- Operate and maintain machinery by following specific direction as given by cut/bore/shape lead.- Ready all custom wood parts per instructions on production paperwork.- Utilize Production Log to ensure proper order sequence. - Operate and maintain spray guns, booths, and pumps by following specific direction as given by finish lead. - Complete rework/remake tickets.
Requirements:- Able to read a tape measure. - Computer skills is a plus.- Able to do basic math and matching.- HS Diploma or GED.- Available when hired on full-time.
Position Title: Tire Builder (Operator)
Wage: $14.00 - $16.00+/hour
Shift: 2nd or 3rd (Training on 1st)

Position Title: Knitter/Production Associate
Wage: $13.00 per hour

They are looking for reliable candidates to fulfill their full-time positions on 2nd and 3rd Shift. This company is a leading U.S. manufacturer of outdoor, sport and lifestyle performance socks since 1900. They are privately owned and operate a hosiery mill in Osage, Iowa. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Read and follow specification charts and materials accurately while being flexible to work on different machines- Check stop motions daily to ensure they are working properly, oil knitting machines without automatic oilers every two hours and ensure that knitting machines with auto oilers are kept full of needle oil and working properly- Blow off knitting machines with air hose four or more times per shift with the air hose being at 30psi- Size socks one time per shift- Provide and receive feedback to Supervisor and other members as well as listen to instruction and feedback from Supervisor to improve performance- Perform size and style changes on knitting machines as requested- Follow all required machine flagging procedures during repairs and all other safety guidelines provided by client- Accurately complete style and size change slips, lycra tension sips, and any other required paperwork in a timely manner and route them to the appropriate person
Requirements:- Ability to possess manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination- Must be able to read and write legibly- Must be able to add and subtract without using a calculator- Prior machine operator or mechanical experience desired- Previous manufacturing experience preferred- Capable of working in a fast paced work environment
