Position Title: Line Operator
Wage: $13.60 per hour
Shift: 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 3:00pm-11:00pm; 11:00pm-7:00am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Pulling bottles from machines and visually inspecting them for defects, and tearing off any additional flashing.- Observing the machine for jamming, and alerting the techs should these issues arise. - Assembling cardboard cartons and trays using a tape gun.- Sorting bottles by bottle and label color.- Placing bottles on cardboard cartons and trays and verify the bottles are correct with the job order.- Assembling boxes and operating a tape machine if on a line that requires boxed product.- Watching for any hazards, including the occasional bottle fire, and responding accordingly.- Being safety conscious and following all safety procedures.- Keeping work area clean and safe, and recycling scrap plastic in appropriate bins.
Requirements:- Must be able to stand for your entire 8-12 hour shift.- Must be able to lift/move up to 20 lbs. 95% of the time, and 40 lbs. occasionally. - Must be able to differentiate colors. - Must have great hand/eye coordination. - Previous blow mold experience is appreciated, but not required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Monitor machine performance and make necessary process adjustments to maintain quality and production standards in a safe manner.- Identify and repair mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues with production lines, machines, and material handling system.- Review production standards to make sure bottles match schedule and specifications.- General maintenance and mechanical background preferred. Technical school training and/or on-the-job experience in the areas of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics preferred.- Ability to work 2nd /3rd shifts.
Requirements:- Have a general mechanical background with technical school training and/or experience in the areas of hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics. - Must be able to understand and follow equipment manuals and procedures, and to interact with computerized machinery controls. - Self-motivated and can comply with strict safety and quality procedures. - Team oriented and able to work effectively with employees at all levels in the company.

Requirements:- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout shift; if over 50 lbs., using a team lift to complete.- Must be able to work lying down, standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, reaching, or while sitting. - Must be able to complete fast paced hand eye movements. - Must be able to read blue prints, work orders, tape measures, and have experience using tools. - Previous experience with electrical, carpentry, or refrigeration is a plus.- Must be able to read and comprehend written/verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Employees will be responsible for assisting the brake press operator, by operating press machines, cleaning off, measuring, and deburring sheet metal, and matching parts with appropriate paperwork that will be sent to the next department for production.- Always visually inspecting metal for imperfections.- Checking the length of metal with a tape measure. - Stacking metal onto racks with the correct piece count.- Cleaning sheet metal by shaking and deburring using a hand grinder.- Reading blueprints and work orders.- Operating brake press, punch press, and shear machine.- Loading brake press and punch press machines by sliding sheet metal into the clamps. - Keeping work area clean of scrap and or excess materials that may end up on the floor.- Following all safety procedures.
Requirements:- Must be able to stand the entire 8-10 hour shift- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the entire shift.- Must be able to work while standing, bending, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, or kneeling. - Must be able to complete fast paced hand/eye movements.- Must have HSD or equivalent. - Must be able to read blueprints and work orders. - Must be able to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English.- Experience with brake presses, punch presses, and shears preferred.- Experience with using calipers, angle finders, and tape measures preferred.
