Position Title: Line Operator
Wage: $12.20 per hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Pull bottles from machines (3000 bottles per 8-hour shift) and visually inspect bottles for defects and tear off flash.- Observe machine for jamming of bottles, pull buzzer to alert technician of issue.- Assembles cardboard cartons and trays using a tape gun (50 assembled per shift).- Sort bottles by bottle and label color (Red are packaged with all red and blue are packaged with all blue).- Place bottles on cardboard cartons and trays and verify the bottles are correct with the job order.- Assemble boxes and operate tape machine when on box job.- Will be responsible for operating forklift if certified with client.

Position Title: Packer
Wage: $12.41-$12.61 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm; 4:00pm-12:30am

Requirements:- Must be able to lift up to 5 lbs., frequently throughout the entire shift.- Must be able to stand the entire 8 hour shift.- Must be able to frequently bend, twist, walk, and sit.- Must be able to complete repetitive, fast pace hand and wrist movements through the entire shift.- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.- Must have basic math, computer, and critical thinking skills.- Must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Always visually inspect metal for imperfections.- Assemble kits for refrigeration units.- Assemble refrigeration units per quality standards and work order instructions.- Keep area clean from debris.- Read blueprints and work order.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Receives job envelopes, material, and instructions from General Forman or Plant Manager. - Selects correct operation and work area based on job duties in envelope.- Set up and operate vacuum machines. - Run proof sheets.- Commence running order, constantly inspecting for quality, and make adjustments as needed. - Complete product run and reorder, count sheets and record on documentation. - Print Back Task: adds part number and/or date of print substrate.- Knock Out Task: punches parts and cut holes from die cut material from printed substrate. - Stripping Task: strips excessive material from printed parts that have been kiss cut or cut on plotter.- Counting and Packing Task: counts and packs in bags or boxes, printed parts per customer order.- Operates UPS shipping computer. - Performs shipping inspectors' procedures for final inspection. - Checks job envelopes and work instructions for client specific shipping or packaging instructions.- Ensure proper cleanliness of work station, shipping and warehouse area. - Make any measurements required by procedures. Requirements:- Ability to lift, reach, and grasp repetitively. - Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. on a repetitive basis-lifting and moving screens to and from work station.- Must be able to stand for 8 hour shifts.- Ability to use and read a tape measure.- Must be able to use a computer.- Ability to count and write legibly.
