Position Title: Assembly Technician
Wage: $21.00 - $25.00/hour
Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Create and maintain new hire folders and benefit information ensuring current and accurate forms, policy and benefit information is available to new and existing employees- Maintain accurate employee benefit information with benefit providers, updating when changes occur and monitoring benefit enrollment and change periods- Assist employees with benefit questions and direct them to the appropriate benefit contact for assistance with personal issues related to benefits- Prepare organized and professional presentation documents for board meetings- Administer FMLA paperwork and track FMLA usage - Participate in committees such as Error Reduction Team and Communications- Takes minutes, collect information and create agendas, posts and emails- Coordinate company activities including meetings, events and outings, internal training, etc.- Communicate information regarding personal events such as birthdays and anniversaries- Track, total and report temporary employee hours to agencies- Coordinate Wellness Program in partnership with HR Manager to drive company wellness efforts- Manage phone system, cable and office equipment maintenance- Order and maintain office supply inventory
