Some call it high-touch. Or shepherding. But the hiring process at QPS is really nothing more than us wanting to be good co-workers. We’re interested in seeing you succeed on the job, so we take the time up front to make sure we know what kind of placement will best suit you.
Once you are placed, we’ll be in regular contact with you to see how things are going, and to make sure you don’t have unaddressed questions or concerns. In fact, it’s likely we’ll be there on your first day to personally help you get off to a good start.
We’ll also work closely with the employer – especially early on – to confirm that the fit is good for them, too. Of course, this all sounds good on paper. But in real life, it works even better. Just ask any of the thousands of Associate Employees whose lives we’ve helped change for the better.
