Position Title: Assembly
Shift: 1st, 2nd
Hours: 4:45am-3:15pm, 3:15pm-1:45am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Handle glass pieces and rotate through various phases of tempering- Position glass vertically on carts, pull and lift onto waist level air table- Seam and logo glass with an edge deletion machine- Send and monitor glass while glass being washed in the washer- Apply lucor or cork buttons to the glass and then off load them onto A-frames, carts and skids- Operate overhead crane, to lift glass from/to cart and machine- Glass must first be wiped down with denatured alcohol to ensure cleanliness - Apply vinyl to glass and align another piece of glass on top - Trim excess vinyl from edges and overall quality and cleanliness of unit inspected- Precise alignment of all components ensure proper quality of finished product - Handle units on a waist level horizontal roller table, pull into and push out of work area
Requirements:- Previous shop floor or factory assembly experience recommended - Physical strength and agility to perform a variety of lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling tasks- Physical strength and ability to lift an average of 50 to 70 lbs. on a regular basis- Able to communicate effectively with other workers, including coordinators and operators, on the line to assure constant production- Ability to tolerate constant standing and walking as well as frequent reaching and bending at the waist- Able to communicate effectively with management as well as production employees- Able to work in a hot environment- Detail oriented, as attention to quality of all components is critical- Able to work in loud and dusty environment including pollen
Position Title: Glazing

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Work safely work in all areas of the plant floor- Assemble windows with proper instructions and use of tools- Assemble final fit of the window- Physically inspect and verify all assembled window assemblies- Cut, replace, smooth and select glass for various projects - Safely mount the glass using suctions cups and secure the glass with putt, rubber gaskets or metal clips- Operate power tools (grinder, drills, and saws) and smaller tools that are used to cut the glass like glass-cutter and knives
Requirements:- Regular and predictable attendance- Ability to safely perform tasks, adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including critical Safety rules- Be able to learn basic blueprint reading and other Engineering information- Basic computer skills- Must be able to read/use a tape measure and calipers - Able to work a flexible starting schedule and/or overtime- Prior window manufacturing experience a plus

Position Title: Production
Wage: $16/hr., $16.52/hr.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Bowl Forming, Finishing, Roll Tray, Roll Tray-Double Die, Roll Converting - Catch and inspect bowls, sleeves, trays, and product coming off machine - Check for defects by pulling stacks of bowls, sleeves, product off machine, dropping stack on table; fan out the stack and tap- Check level of glue on carton throughout shift and inform glue machine operator of any problems - Assist glue machine operator in any way needed to keep machine running - Use catching wand to pull forward bowls - Pack product into case and tape completed box closed - Palletize as needed - Keep area and machine clean throughout the shift - Understand and adhere to all GMP, safety, food safety, HACCP and food defense procedures
Requirements:- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from ground occasionally - Must be able to lift 30 lbs. at waist height frequently - Must be able to reach and grasp - Must be able to twist and bend at waist - Squat down - Stand for 8-12 hours at a time
