Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Provide exemplary customer service and experience in person and over the phone- Show up “ready to work” in neat, clean work attire- Prep and grill meat products on the “Lunch Grill”- Solve customer issues in a timely fashion- Set up and maintain product sampling- Become a product expert- Stock and display merchandise- Maintain store appearance by organizing and cleaning as necessary- Operate cash register and handle cash- Assist in achieving store goals and objectives- Help to train new store members once comfortable in position- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Punctual, dependable, and able to show up for work as scheduled (Monday-Saturday)- Able to work safely and abide by GMP, HACCP, and OSHA- Able to maintain good personal hygiene- Able to professionally represent CFM at all times- Able to work in a fast-paced environment- Able to be flexible and responsive to changing needs- Able to take instructions and follow directions- Able to work as a team and treat others with respect- Knowledgeable on basic mathematical skills

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Read specifications or blueprints to determine the locations, quantities, or sizes of materials- Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts- Bolt aligned structural steel products in position for permanent riveting, bolting, or welding into place- Fasten structural steel products to hoist cables, using chains, cables or rope- Hoist steel beams, girders or columns into place, using cranes or signaling hoisting equipment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Operate packing equipment to fill cheese wheel molds with cheese curd, monitoring cheese wheel size- Stack wheels horizontally onto cheese presses- Flip 22 lbs. wheels in press to ensure proper wheel form- Palletize finished wheels and transfer cheese to other production areas using forklift- Remove cheese from molds, trimming excess product with knife- Clean and sanitize production area and manufacturing equipment- Add the seasoning to cheese in the treating department
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. repetitively, flipping and lifting product above shoulder height and from waist down to floor level pallets- Able to work in a fast paced environment, during repetitive work - Able to do repetitive twisting, bending, wrist and upper body movements- Able to stand and walk 8-10 hours a day- Able to work in a cooler and/or warm environment; work in the cooler at times, as well as in the cheese production room it is a warmer/humid environment - Able to read, comprehend, and prepare production worksheets in English- Must be quality focused and able to follow GMP requirements, and food safety requirements
