Requirements:- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from ground occasionally - Must be able to lift 30 lbs. at waist height frequently - Must be able to reach and grasp - Must be able to twist and bend at waist - Squat down - Stand for 8-12 hours at a time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Read instructions such as work orders, diagrams, blue prints, process sheets and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence or assembly- Select cable of specified color, marking, or length, and assembles wires to construct a harness on a table or harness board, following color-codes or sequential numbers on board or blue print - Wrap and tie wires together at designated points to form harness-using tape - Apply terminals and splices to wires using pneumatic or hand tools; solder splices or terminals using solder pot, soldering iron, or resistance tweezers - Twist wires together using an electric drill and heat gun - Attach ends of wires to connectors, components, plugs, or terminal strip - Insert cable in plastic tubing or injects sealant or hot glue around terminals or connectors to protect cable from dust and moisture - Test wiring continuity and component values with a multi meter and continuity tester - Mark identifying data on completed harness
Requirements:- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent - Ability use of basic hand tools; needle nose pliers, screwdriver, scissors- Must be able to lift and/or move 35lbs-75lbs occasionally- Ability to manual dexterity for fine finger manipulations - Must be able to stand entire shift - Must be able to use hands to handle or feel and reach - Ability to sit and stoop, kneel or crouch occasionally- Ability to be flexible to meet changing requirements
