Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Wage: $24.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Windsor, WI as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our fulfilment customers, primarily in relation to outbound orders. You will serve as the main point of contact for all general customer correspondence, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Apply now!

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding product availability, order status, shipping, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, finding appropriate solutions and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the outbound Customer Service Representative, Customer Success Manager, and Outbound Supervisor to ensure all customer needs are met
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or manager for further assistance
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of company products, policies and procedures
- Document customer interactions, inquiries and resolutions in CRM system

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- Previous customer service experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Able to work weekends or evenings as needed
