Position Title: Assembly – 2nd Shift
Wage: $15.00 per hour

Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Utilization of metric measurements and tools for quality assurance.- Reading work orders correctly for the piece being assembled.- Read basic blueprint in conjunction with work order.- Check assembly components against work order and drawing.- Understand and utilize route steps/sign off work order procedure.- Verification of previous assembly steps.- Basic steps of cleaning, capping, and other of the product.- Operation of cutting, skiving, crimping, end forming, bending, etc. - Inspection process of passivation, pressure test and visual for quality assurance of product.- Daily preventative maintenance to equipment operating.
Assembly Requirements:- Semi-repetitive gripping and bending.- Lift up to 50lbs on an occasional basis.- Must be able to pass QPS screening process.- Must be able to pass basic math, basic measurement, and blueprint reading tests.- Experience with manufacturing processes.- Ability to work as part of a production team.- Good communication skills.- Follow instructions, asking questions as needed.- Able to read and understand points, work orders, OPL.- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
