Position Title: Production Operator – 2nd, 3rd + 12-Hour Shift

Wage: $18.90-$19.80 per hour

Shift: 2nd, 3rd, 12-hour Day, 12-hour Night

Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm; 11:00pm-7:30am; 7:00am-7:30pm; 7:00pm-7:00am

Come work for a growing technical fibers manufacturing company and a proud supplier to some of the most recognized brands in the industry. Our client is seeking production team members to work in a process production environment operating and maintaining multiple machines at one time. They are committed to offering on-the-job training, production experience is not necessary, but it is preferred.

Production Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operating and monitoring equipment used in manufacturing innovative, technical fibers that are used at home, work, and play.
- Setting up and maintaining equipment to manufacture products that meet customer specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
- Basic troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
- Working with small fibers/yarns.
- Documenting production information in computerized systems.
- Performing quality control tasks to ensure product meets customer specifications.
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Production Operator Requirements:
- Comfortable working with machines and computers.
- Reliable and seeking a long-term career.
- Physically able to work with small fibers and yarns in a fast-paced production environment while standing for long periods and lifting 20-50 lbs. multiple times a day.
- Mechanical understanding, troubleshooting capacity, and proficient math skills.
- Must be proficient at verbal and written communication, and able to work with computers, tablets, and handheld scanners.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
