Position Title: Production Associate – 1st Shift

Wage: $16.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am-until work is done

Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for ensuring product quality, on-time deliveries, and meeting acceptable service performance.
- Loads and unloads burn off ovens.
- Processes product though chemical dip system and other specialized coatings removal dipping operations.
- Power washing product.
- Packages product for shipment.
- Conducts all duties in a manner consistent with company established policies, programs, and procedures.
- Processes all product in accordance with the daily priority reminder list, routers, and safety, environmental, and quality workmanship standards.

Production Associate Requirements:
- Frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and occasionally is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. 
-Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Frequent exposure to wet and humid conditions (non-weather); fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme heat (non-weather) and loud noise levels.
