Position Title: Finisher/Lamination – Day + Night Shift

Wage: $21.00-$23.50 per hour

Shift: Day, Night

Hours: 6:00am-6:00pm; 6:00pm-6:00am (2-2-3 rotation)

Located in Oshkosh, this company is looking for Finishers that can package product at the end of production equipment to ensure customer expectations are met. This position also provides opportunity to learn and develop into an Assistant Operator down the road!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reads and understands job jackets.
- Assists with make-ready functions at standard allowed times.
- Take off, boxes, and stacks folded and glued products.
- Assures that labels are correct applied properly.
- Performs quality checks throughout the run.
- Keeps accurate counts per skid and on job overall.
- Monitors quality at all times.
- Assists with machine clean-up.

Requirements:
- High school Diploma or Equivalent.
- Candidates for these positions need to be self-managed, proactive, and able to interact well with other team members.
- 1 Year Manufacturing environment experience required.
