Position Title: Accounts Receivable

Wage: $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments by recording checks and credit card transactions to customer accounts within the accounting system (SAP)
- Support Operations/Account Receivable Teams with deduction management including processing of customer deductions, fines investigation and fines resolution
- Monitor and maintain customer accounts through account adjustments, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos
- Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and customers
- Support interim and annual audits as it relates to accounts receivable
- Complete and maintain required paperwork, records, documents, etc.

Requirements for Accounts Receivable:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Previous experience working in accounting or accounts receivables preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
