Position Title: Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Wage: $17.46/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 4:30am – 2:30pm

We are looking for employees with great attitude, great attendance, and a willing to learn and grow- we will train the rest! Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Participate and abide by safety program and Lean activities
- Set up and operate assigned equipment
- Perform quality checks
- Read technical prints/specifications
- Inspect and maintain equipment and tooling
- Weigh out and account for scrap generated throughout production process

Requirements for Machine Operator:
- High School Diploma or GED with previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using calibrated measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers and scales preferred
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently to meet deadlines and requirements
