QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Finance Project Assistant at a company in Evansville, IN. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Call or email hotels for hotel folios
- Call or email restaurants for food/beverage receipts from private dining events
- Review food and beverage receipts to make sure items charged are compliant
- Review hotel folios to make sure there aren’t items charged to it that aren’t compliant
- Look up events and match credit card charges to events

Requirements for Finance Project Assistant:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Accounting knowledge preferred
- QuickBooks and Microsoft Access query knowledge
