Position Title: Shipping Lead – 2nd Shift

Wage: $19.50 per hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain the proper receipt, storage, sequencing, and shipment of our customer's inventory electronically.
- Schedule the daily work of the team and develop action plans to achieve goals.
- Assign workers to specific duties and oversee the sequencing plans to achieve goals.
- Pull parts in order, scan and label as required, and stage in specific slot order in sequencing racks.
- Physically locate and verify items in WMS inventory.
- Lead physical counts of inventory as required, notifying stakeholders of possible shortages.
- Identify differences in similar part codes and small variances in Automotive parts.           

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a reliable team lead (2+years).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Highly effective at leading by example Proven ability to use basic mathematical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
