Position Title: Immediate Openings - Production

Wage: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd

Hours: 6am-4:30pm; 4:30pm-2:30am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing basic assembly of different parts to make grain bins, dryers, and conveyers.
- Assembly of different parts to manufacture grain bins, dryers, and conveyers ground level or possibly in a 3 foot deep large pit to prevent repetitive bending on the lower parts of the dryer carts.
- Use hand air compressed tools: Drills and screw guns.
- Move parts that come off the press machines to pallets for order processing.
- Quality inspect the product to make sure that it is coming off the line to client and company specifications.
- Use tape measure to check on drill press holes to make sure that they are evenly aligned.
- Operate the order processing system to check and see what things are being made and assembled for the day, also use this system to count how many of each product you are completing throughout the day.
- Work with team members on heavier and awkward parts when they come off the machine line to get them to the correct pallet or working cell to be assembled.

Requirements:
- Must work well with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Must learn to operate various pieces of material handling and production equipment.
- Overtime hours and Saturdays.
- Stand, bend, push, kneel, and pull up to 75 pounds with two hands.
- Must follow all company safety rules and policies.
- Use of personal protective equipment.
