Position Title: CNC Lathe Setup Operator – 2nd Shift

Wage: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 5:30pm-5:30am (Mon-Thurs); 4:30pm-3:00am (Fri)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set-up and operate CNC Lathe Machines to meet production and quality requirements.
- Operate assigned machinery to fabricate parts to the required specifications.
- Reading work orders and specification sheets.
- Properly powering up and down the machine.
- Loading and unloading parts.
- Ensuring proper tooling for each machine.
- Creating and sizing jaws on the machine.
- Changing chucking devices when necessary.
- Recognizing insert and tool geometry.
- Making offset adjustments for size.
- Ensures all parts are to the required specifications.
- Reading blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Verifying conformance of finished work piece specifications.

Requirements:
- CNC Machinist – 2 years - setup and programming.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
