Position Title: Sales Support

Wage: $55,000/year

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Quote materials, equipment and spare parts
- Enter customer-supplied purchase orders
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Requirements for Sales Support:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing or other related fields
- Able to build rapport with clients
- Able to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
