Position Title: Production Associate - All Shifts

Wage: 1st/2nd Shift - $14/hour, 3rd Shift - $16/hour (Shift Pay Differential)

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Hours: 6:30am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm, 10:30pm-6:30am

Production Associate responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Inspect GM parts
- Reliability and attendance is the key to your success
- Operate molding press/equipment per company procedures
- Ensure product meets established quality criteria of zero non-conformances (no final inspection)
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Immediately notify Supervisor of all discrepancies to established quality checks
- Review Operator Display Board prior to running production for work instructions and quality alerts

Production requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 panel drug screen
- Background check
